“If you’re considering booking a Designer Day Pass – just do it!”

– Emily Phillips, Owner of The Flower Carte

Meet Emily

Emily Phillips is a talented florist and the owner of The Flower Carte in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Between creating beautiful wedding bouquets, and juggling all the tasks that come with running a growing business, Emily and her team were struggling to find the time to add an exclusive resources page to their website. She knew it would be a game-changer for her business to get these updates done, but they just kept getting pushed to the bottom of the to-do list. We were happy to help take the pressure off and quickly get everything done in just just one Designer Day Pass.

The Designer Day Pass experience

Designer Day Passes are days specifically dedicated to you and your business. You’ll get our undivided attention, access to all our tools and expertise as we come alongside you to focus on the brand and web design aspects of your business.

It probably would have taken me and my team more than two weeks to complete the tasks that were done during our Designer Day Pass – plus it wouldn’t have looked as good!” says Emily. “Instead of fumbling around trying to do what we are not experts in, we were able to use that time to continue booking and serving our clients without interruption ... Communication with Bryony during our chosen day was also super easy and convenient, even while working on my own separate projects!

What we got done – in just one day

The tasks we managed to check off during Emily’s Designer Day Pass:

  • Created a brand new webpage featuring a private video tutorial library for clients who choose The Flower Carte’s DIY package, where they can learn how to create their own floral arrangements and download PDF guides.

  • Prepared and embedded video content for the webpage.

  • Made general updates across the whole website, keeping everything fresh and relevant.

  • Integrated a new contact form (pulled from Dubsado and customised) to streamline the onboarding process for clients.

  • Added custom coding to the contact form to match the website design and ensure it automatically merged into The Flower Carte workflow.

All of this translated into a better brand experience for Emily’s clients and reduced the time she and her team needed to spend on admin tasks and answering client requests. The results? More sales, more satisfied clients, and more time for Emily and her team to work on what they do best.

“The Designer Day Pass allowed us to quickly achieve an outstanding, specialised offering for our clients. It’s a private page of resources that we can share with our clients and without it, we were having to spend too much time customising each client's experience and responding to lots of questions,” explains Emily. “Now that the new page is up on our website, everything is more streamlined both for us and our clients. Plus, it looks fabulous.”

What I would say to someone considering a Designer Day Pass is – just do it. Freeing up your time and harnessing Bryony’s skills are well worth it. If you think you can’t afford it, think again, because you can easily make up for the cost in sales when she saves you all that time!
