01 / Discover
We start with a discovery call (or coffee if you’re local), so we can get to know you, your business and what you hope to achieve through working with Shiift. We’ll dig a little deeper and make sure to ask lots of questions and of course answer any you have about us too.
02 / Inspire
We’ll use insights from our discovery session to research your sector, competitors, ideal customer, form inspiration and strategize. We’ll present our creative direction so you can have the final say before we move onto the next phase.
03 / Design
The design phase is actually made up of three stages; concept (the ideas), design development (the execution) and artwork (the final output). We work our magic to craft your project deliverables, reporting back, taking feedback on board and building out your project through these stages.
04 / Deliver
It’s time to pop the champagne! We deliver all work on time offering you further support and guidance if you need it. We’ve probably discussed other ideas along the way that would continue to add value to your brand so now let’s talk about those.
